1. Using the service
By using Phoenix Autopilot, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least the minimum age required to use the connected social platforms.
2. Your content and accounts
You retain ownership of content, media, instructions, and other material you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for that material and for complying with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, music licensing rules, and developer policies.
When you connect TikTok, you authorize Phoenix Autopilot to use the approved permissions you grant through TikTok OAuth. You can disconnect the account from the app or revoke access through TikTok.
3. AI-generated content
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for publication. You are responsible for reviewing content, checking factual claims, confirming rights to media, and ensuring that every post complies with applicable laws and platform rules before publishing.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, create unlawful or harmful content, evade platform enforcement, spam users, or interfere with the service.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including third-party integrations, when necessary. We may update these terms when the service changes; the updated date above will show when the latest version took effect.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the service owner or the support channel associated with the Phoenix Autopilot deployment.
