How do I create a content plan?
Open the Content studio or choose Create content from the workspace. Add a topic, niche, format, and duration. Turn on research when you want fresh sources attached to the plan.
Where is the full script?
Open a plan and choose Read full plan. The detail view includes the hook, complete script, caption, hashtags, visual direction, and research sources.
Where do I review and approve generated posts?
Open Review queue in the workspace sidebar, choose Review & approve on a plan, read through the detail view, then select Approve for publishing. Approved plans move to your ready-to-publish work.
Can I publish automatically?
Phoenix is approval-first. Connect TikTok, review the generated plan, and use the workspace settings to choose the approval mode that fits your workflow. You remain responsible for the final post.
Why did an AI request fail?
Check the workspace health panel and try again. AI providers can time out or reject a request. If the issue continues, record the topic, time, and error message before contacting the deployment owner.
How do I disconnect TikTok?
Use the TikTok account controls in the workspace or revoke Phoenix access from your TikTok account settings. Revoking access is the fastest way to stop an existing connection.
