1. Information we process
Depending on the features you use, Phoenix Autopilot may process your profile details, content instructions, generated scripts, captions, hashtags, media metadata, schedules, notifications, and service diagnostics.
When you connect TikTok, the service receives the account information and OAuth tokens provided by TikTok. Tokens are handled by the backend and are not intentionally exposed to the browser interface.
2. How information is used
- To create, organize, schedule, and publish content you request.
- To provide AI generation, search, media processing, and account-connection features you enable.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
3. Third-party services
Enabled integrations may include TikTok, an AI provider, web-search providers, text-to-speech providers, hosting, and storage services. Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Only integrations enabled by the service owner should receive data.
4. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your content history, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We use backend-only secrets, access controls, and reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices
You can review or change workspace settings, disconnect TikTok, remove scheduled content, and request deletion of your stored information through the service owner. You can also revoke Phoenix Autopilot's access in TikTok account settings.
